1 cup (240 ml) of low-fat or soy milk

1 cup frozen strawberries

2 cups baby spinach leaves

This particular shake recipe contains spinach and strawberries which are good sources of fiber and deliver antioxidants. And, both contain nitrate which your body uses to create nitric oxide—a gas that supports the health of your blood vessels.

A third ingredient in this shake is fiber. Adding Herbalife Active Fiber Complex to the mix gives you soluble and insoluble fiber that promotes regularity and minimizes bloating.
